This bill is a waste of taxpayer's time and money. Why should all responsible breeders be punished because of one or two unethical breeders? (Deal with the individual problem. Why do we need laws that include responsibilities about animals defecating on or scratching up neighbor's lawns? Rub their noses in it.) Why are we wasting our time on this stupid s**t when we just had millions of dollars cut from the state educational budget? Let's get real ~ what is REALLY important???? A bill that would stop the unfair targetting of pit bulls and other discriminated breeds, would stop unethical breeding and selling practices, and stop dog abuse and neglect. I'm outraged! Brad Hill. You will find him an ally in opposing this bill, which he has vowed not to allow out of committee." So that might be the answer to your question on what Rep Hill feels about this bill.
